MEMBERSHIP: Gold Crown Vacations Membership Term shall be determined at the time of sale and said price shall be reflective of that term. A Membership, regardless of term shall allow said Member during that term as well as their immediate family access to the member-only benefits of: available Condo/Resort Inventory Weeks, Cruises, Car Rentals, Event Tickets, Hotel Nights, and Airline Ticket purchases; which are all made available to Gold Crown Vacations through its licensed affiliates and fulfillment partners. Condo Week Inventory usage is subject to availability as well as the regulations and restrictions of the facilities. All fees are subject to change pursuant to the terms of Gold Crown Vacations licensing agreements. Members shall be provided with a "user name" and "password", so as to have full access to all internet booking portals and booking engines provided by Gold Crown Vacations, LLC or any other third party licensed affiliates under contract with Gold Crown Vacations, LLC. The Member acknowledges that the purchase price paid for Membership in Gold Crown Vacations, LLC is solely for Membership only and further acknowledges that this Agreement/Membership does not give the Member any interest in land, property, a travel agency or a vacation resort. The Member further acknowledges that the purchase price paid for Membership under this Agreement does not give the Member any interest in any timeshare unit which may be marketed by Gold Crown Vacations or any other related or unrelated third party company. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Member shall not resell, rent or broker any travel services obtained through Gold Crown Vacations, LLC (jointly "Brokering"). Gold Crown Vacations, LLC may immediately terminate this Agreement if it determines, in its sole and unfettered discretion that the Member is brokering. If the Member is in default of any term of this Agreement, and this default is not remedied within 30 days after receipt by the Member of notice of such default, Gold Crown Vacations has the right to suspend the Member's membership privileges until Gold Crown Vacations, LLC is satisfied that the default has been rectified. Should default continue for more than 90 days after notice, then Gold Crown Vacations, LLC shall cause at any time thereafter termination of this Agreement. Should Agreement be suspended or terminated, the Member shall not be entitled to any refund of either the Membership purchase price, any processing fee or any other fees paid by the Member. Members have the right to resell their Vacation Club Membership in its entirety or transfer it at no cost to another party. Notice must be given by the Member in writing to Gold Crown Vacations, LLC of such sale or transfer. The Terms and Conditions of this contract represent the entire agreement for membership in Gold Crown Vacations, LLC. It is fully understood by all parties that any other documents executed in conjunction with this agreement are separate from any Gold Crown Vacations, LLC agreements and such additional documents shall only be binding upon Gold Crown Vacations, LLC when they are properly agreed upon and signed by an officer of Gold Crown Vacations, LLC. Methods & details for payment for Membership and or any Membership benefits have been supplied to the Member Applicant(s) at the time of purchase. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: It is understood that in an effort to stop "reservation abuse," Members booking Resort accommodations may be asked to post a reservation deposit or full payment at the time a reservation is made. Payment is not made to the Club, it is paid directly to the Resort. This request may be made in order to assure availability of the proposed accommodations or reservations. If a member cancels a confirmed reservation, that member may lose his or her reservation deposit; and may be charged a cancellation or change fee depending upon the type of confirmed reservation. These rules and regulations are posted within the website and are fully disclosed, Resort by Resort. If a confirmed reservation is cancelled by a Resort or any other travel provider, for any reason, any refund to the Member will be limited to the amount paid prior to the cancellation. Gold Crown Vacations, LLC reserves the right from time-to-time to increase, modify, or amend the benefits and services, which it provides to its Members. Gold Crown Vacations, LLC is not an agent for any vendor, Resort, Hotel, Cruise Line or other provider of Member benefits and is not responsible for their representations or performance. Whenever it is possible, Gold Crown Vacations, LLC shall work on behalf of its Members to secure benefits and pricing that is not generally available to the public. These Terms, Conditions and acknowledgements constitute the entire Agreement between the parties. None of the parties shall be bound by any oral or written agreements, representations, warranties, statements, promises, information, arrangements, or understandings not specifically set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
