MEMBERSHIP
Gold Crown Vacations Membership Term, shall be determined
at the time of sale and said price shall be reflective of that term. A
Membership regardless of term shall allow said Member during that term as well
as their immediate family access to the member-only benefits of: available
Condo/Resort Inventory Weeks, Cruises, Car Rentals, Event Tickets, Hotel Nights,
and Airline Ticket purchases; which are all made available to Gold Crown
Vacations, through its licensed affiliates and Fulfillment Partners. Condo Week
Inventory usage is subject to availability as well as the regulations and
restrictions of the facilities. All fees are subject to change pursuant to the
terms of Gold Crown Vacations licensing Agreements. Members shall be provided
with a “user name” and “password” so as to have full access to all internet
booking portals and booking engines provided by Gold Crown Vacations, LLC or any
other third party licensed affiliates under contract with Gold Crown Vacations,
LLC.
The Member acknowledges that the purchase price paid for Membership In Gold
Crown Vacations, LLC is solely for Membership only and further acknowledges that
this Agreement/Membership does not give the Member any interest in land,
property, a travel agency or a vacation resort. The Member further acknowledges
that the purchase price paid for Membership under this Agreement does not give
the Member any interest in any time share unit which may be marketed by Gold
Crown Vacations or any other related or unrelated third party company.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Member shall not resell, rent or broker any travel services obtained through
Gold Crown Vacations, LLC (jointly “Brokering”). Gold Crown Vacations, LLC may
immediately terminate this Agreement if it determines, in its sole and
unfettered discretion that the Member is brokering. If the Member is in default
of any term of this Agreement, and this default is not remedied within 30 days
after receipt by the Member of notice of such default, Gold Crown Vacations, LLC
has the right to suspend the Member’s membership privileges until Gold Crown
Vacations, LLC is satisfied that the default has been rectified. Should default
continue for more than 90 days after notice, then Gold Crown Vacations, LLC
shall cause at any time thereafter termination of this Agreement. Should
Agreement be suspended or terminated, the Member shall not be entitled to any
refund of either the Membership purchase price, any processing fee or any other
fees paid by the Member. Members have the right to resell their Vacation Club
Membership in its entirety or transfer it at no cost to another party. Notice
must be given by the Member in writing to Gold Crown Vacations, LLC of such sale
or transfer. The Terms and Conditions of this contract represent the entire
agreement for membership in Gold Crown Vacations, LLC. It is fully understood by
all parties that any other documents executed in conjunction with this agreement
are separate from any Gold Crown Vacations, LLC. agreements and such additional
documents shall only be binding upon Gold Crown Vacations, LLC when they are
properly agreed upon and signed by an officer of Gold Crown Vacations, LLC.
Methods & details for payment for Membership and or any Membership benefits have
been supplied to the Member Applicant(s) at the time of purchase.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
It is understood that in an
effort to stop “reservation abuse,” Members booking Resort accommodations may be
asked to post a reservation deposit or full payment at the time a reservation is
made. Payment is not made to the Club, it is paid directly to the Resort. This
request may be made in order to assure availability of the proposed
accommodations or reservations. If a member cancels a confirmed reservation,
that member may lose his or her reservation deposit; and may be charged a
cancellation or change fee depending upon the type of confirmed reservation.
These rules and regulations are posted within the website and are fully
disclosed, Resort by Resort. If a confirmed reservation is cancelled by a Resort
or any other travel provider, for any reason, any refund to the Member will be
limited to the amount paid prior to the cancellation.
Gold Crown Vacations, LLC reserves the right from time-to-time to increase,
modify, or amend the benefits and services, which it provides to its Members.
Gold Crown Vacations, LLC is not an agent for any vendor, Resort, Hotel, Cruise
line or other provider of Member benefits and is not responsible for their
representations or performance. Whenever it is possible Gold Crown Vacations,
LLC shall work on behalf of its Members to secure benefits and pricing that is
not generally available to the public.
These Terms, Conditions and acknowledgements constitutes the entire Agreement
between the parties. None of the parties shall be bound by any oral or written
agreements, representations, warranties statements, promises, information,
arrangements, or understandings not specifically set forth in these Terms and
Conditions.

CRUISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Entitlements: The recipient
of this Cruise Certificate is entitled to a 2-night, round-trip cruise aboard
the Bahamas Celebration, from Palm Beach, Florida to Grand Bahama Island,
Bahamas. Aboard ship, the recipient and travel companion will enjoy an inside
cabin, all meals, live entertainment and shipboard activities. Cruise package
does not include transportation to or from port, parking, port taxes and
government fees, service charges, Florida state sales tax, gratuities, or
incidentals while on board ship. Upgraded rooms and travel options are available
at additional costs. Additional fuel and security surcharges may be imposed and
collected at time of embarkation to reimburse carrier for increased costs
associated with fuel prices, port security and government imposed fees.
2. Immediately register online at www.NationwideCruiseReservations.com or
complete the attached Registration Form and mail the original to Nationwide
Reservations, Attn: Cruise Registration Department, P.O. Box 70038, Ft.
Lauderdale, FL 33307. Do not delay.
3. Nationwide Reservations must receive your Registration Form via mail or
internet within 30 days of your receipt of this certificate to validate your
request.
4. Once your Registration Form is validated, you will be contacted by a Cruise
Line Travel Agent to discuss your reservation request dates and any additional
discount travel benefits you are eligible for. By registering to use this cruise
promotion, you expressly request and consent to return telephone calls, emails
or mail relating to fulfillment of this offer and other offers from Nationwide
Reservations and its partner travel companies. You expressly waive all Federal
and State No-Call Registry Protections for the purpose of future marketing by

5. Each traveler is responsible for actual port charges and government taxes of
$59 per person at time of booking based on double occupancy. These charges are
refundable upon cancellation of reservation by traveler. Any date change request

additional fuel supplement of $12.00 per person per day at time of embarkation.

6. Rates for third and fourth person in your stateroom, when available, may be

8. Reservations must be booked and completed within twelve months of
registration, and must be reserved at least 45 days in advance of travel.
9. This cruise promotion is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash and is
void if raffled, copied, altered or prohibited by law. Resale is prohibited, no

12. By participating in this promotion, recipients and travelers agree that
Nationwide Reservations and its affiliated companies, officers and owners shall
have no liability relating to any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses or
attorneys’ fees arising out of this promotion, use of such, injury, economic or
trade practice damages, accident, or delay, whether known or unknown at time of
enrollment or use. Recipient and travelers, through their participation,
expressly agree to settle all disputes arising from the marketing, use and
fulfillment of this promotion through arbitration as permitted in their home
county of residence or in Broward County, Florida, and agree that the laws of
the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles, shall
apply. Recipients expressly agree that in consideration of this promotion, they
shall not lend or assign their claims to any class-style action or government

15. These terms and conditions cannot be modified or waived, unless authorized
in writing by a corporate officer of Nationwide Reservations. The Cruise Line
has the final authority on the interpretation of the terms and conditions.
Cruise passage is subject to terms and conditions stated on the contract ticket
enclosed in final documents.
16. This Cruise certificate may be distributed by an authorized business as a
promotional product. It may not be resold unless through an authorized reseller.
Nationwide Reservations assumes no responsibility for verbal or written
representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or
their agent, other than those made in this offer.
17. Its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for the cruise line
and do not, and will not assume any liability or responsibility for damages,
expenses, loss, injury, accident, or death to any person or property whatsoever
on any cruise ship or any transportation to and from said cruise passage, for
any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations, nature, mechanical breakdown,
strikes, war, acts of God, arising from, or in conjunction with services
provided.
18. All federal, state and local laws apply. This program is void where
prohibited by law. Nationwide Reservations is responsible for the fulfillment of

19. By submitting a signed Registration Form or registration through any other
means offered, the traveler consents to be bound by all the terms and conditions
as stated in this cruise certificate.
20. Required Documentation & Identification: Please note that travel
documentation requirements vary by destination and change often. It is the
responsibility of the guest to provide valid travel and medical history
documents required for debarkation and re-entry into the appropriate country of
origin. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout
the cruise. It is the guest’s responsibility to have available at all times
required travel documents. Guests are advised to check with their travel agent
or proper government authority to determine necessary documents. Guests
traveling without proper documents will not be allowed to board the vessel.
Documents must be presented at time of embarkation.
21. Department of Homeland Security requires that U.S. citizens taking the
cruise only are not required to have a passport; but will need proof of
citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a
certificate of naturalization, or a passport card, together with a government
issued photo ID such as a Drivers License. Children are also required to bring
proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also required. Passports
are required only for US citizens who debark the ship for an extended hotel stay
in the Bahamas and return at a later date. For a complete list of WHTI-compliant
documents or to obtain a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov.
22. Embarkation begins at 12:00 am. The Bahamas Celebration is scheduled to
leave at 5:30 pm. Guests are required to be onboard the ship at least 90 minutes
(by 4:00 pm) prior to departure. When the ship returns to the Port of Palm
Beach, please plan 1-2 hours before debarkation for Customs and Immigration
clearance. Passengers with departing air flights should schedule flight with
sufficient time to arrive at their respective airport.
23. Cruise only guests will be required to pick up their confirmation documents
in person at the Florida Welcome Center in Ft. Lauderdale before boarding so
please plan your travel time accordingly.

3. You MUST register online at www.FunandSunRegistration.com or mail in your Registration Form with your refundable deposit within 30 days of receipt of this certificate to validate your request. Your package is valid for up to 12 months from date of registration. You may transfer your vacation certificate rights to another couple within this 12-month period as long as this offer is properly registered.
4. When REGISTERING your vacation certificate, a $50.00 Refundable Deposit will be required with each Activation Form made payable to Nationwide Reservations to register your certificate and guarantee your room request. 5. Reservation requests require 60 days advanced notice. Simply mail in your Reservation Request form when you have selected your travel dates. Reservations cannot be confirmed without this form. When your reservations are confirmed, the Reservation Department will prepare and mail a written confirmation with directions and check-in times. Nationwide Reservations reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal or greater value when deemed necessary. You must reconfirm dates if requested on your confirmation form. Your written confirmation and identification will be required upon check-in.
6. Cancellation of Reservations: If a confirmed reservation to travel is canceled within 7 days of arrival, a $25 per person fee will be imposed. If you do not arrive on your confirmed date, it will be canceled in its entirety. Additional cancellation penalties may apply for certain upgrades. Nationwide Reservations pays for all hotel accommodations included in this package in advance and must forfeit deposits in the event of a cancellation as listed above.
7. Revisions in Reservations: In an effort to meet the needs of our clients, Nationwide Reservations is pleased to accept any revisions to a confirmed reservation subject to the following:
a. All requests for revisions must be submitted in writing and signed.
b. A fee of $25 will apply for
any revisions made within forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Nationwide
Reservations acts only as an agent for hotels, cruise lines, airlines, car
rental companies, attractions and all other services supplied as part of this
vacation package and will not assume any responsibility for loss, cancellation
costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or
property arising from or in connection with any of these services. No recipient
should rely upon representations other
than those included in this contract. You may cancel this contract if
accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as
provided in the contract. To do so, you must return this vacation package
undamaged - complete with all contents in its original package - along with the
post mark and a written letter of cancellation, via certified mail, to:

8. Your written confirmation and two forms of identification, i.e. driver’s
license for verification of age and a major credit card to cover the cost of
incidental charges, must be presented upon check in.
9. Two or more vacation certificates may not be used concurrently or
consecutively.
10. Limit one per household.
11. Blackout dates are from December 15th to January 7th.
12. This certificate cannot be exchanged for cash. Not valid for retail sale.
